Hi, I’m Dr. April—physical therapist, mom of two, and passionate advocate for helping women feel strong and confident through every stage of motherhood. I know firsthand how much our bodies go through during pregnancy and postpartum, and I love empowering moms to overcome challenges they’ve been told are “just part of being a mom.”

Every mama I work with gets a personalized, whole-body approach—because no two journeys are the same.

When I’m not working with clients, I love staying active—whether I’m running, doing yoga, lifting weights, or spending time with my family. We’re always up for trying new restaurants and love to travel whenever we get the chance!
