Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral from a physician?
No. You do not need a referral to get started! Texas allows limited direct access to physical therapy, which means you can begin care without a referral. We will send your evaluation note to your obstetrician, midwife, primary care physician, or chiropractor for continued care without interruption.
Do you accept health insurance?
We do not accept health insurance. This approach allows us to dedicate uninterrupted, one-on-one time to each patient, ensuring the highest quality of care. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via cash, credit card, check, Flexible Savings Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA). After each visit, you will receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
What are your hours?
Appointments and phone consultations are scheduled Monday-Thursday between 9 am and 3 pm. You can message any time between appointments with questions or updates.
Where are you located?
All appointment are in the comfort of your home. We serve Prosper and Celina, TX.
